Overall, this plugin was a sweet experience for me. Also I forgot to add, this plugin matches game engines well and you can easily import your character into the likes of UE4 and Unity, and examine your character in real time. There are many advanced rigs out there that use this plugins, and many people use it because it's fast and easy to use.Īdvanced Skeleton is a tool that will make your character ready to animate in less than half a day and it gives you all the features needed for a complete and advanced rig in an easy to use way. With a simple search in the internet I saw many projects that used this free plugin. Whether you don't know if your model is symmetrical or not, or if your model is performance-heavy, there are tools inside Advanced Skeletons that will clean up your model and check if its symmetrical and basically it helps you in many ways to achieve a good rig. This will speed up your work by complying the anatomy. To deal with such issues I would recommend the use of an auto rig. Generally we spend most of our time on the design process, but the question always arises that will the character we developed be able to keep its composure while animated? Will the pose that we have in mind for our character be kept through all the different software's that we plan to use? These issues will prohibit us from being able to properly present the character which we have spent so much time developing. Rigging a character which I have designed is a big issue I have faced countless times.
